From top to toe, the range seeks to treat even the most sensitive skin, naturally. 2009 was a year spent working on the development of the brand to include as many Australian grown and organic ingredients as possible. This has seen the evolvement of the entire range. Our lip balm is made using primarily Australian grown ingredients; in fact 9 out of the 10 ingredients used are grown in Australia. The packaging has also changed to now be in a twister tube instead of a glass jar. The packaging change alone has already proven to be popular, increasing our client base to include more men and children. Our liquid hand wash includes 2 varieties to purchase: lavender or lemon myrtle and niaouli. Australian grown ingredients make up 6 of the total 8 ingredients, while in the shower gels, 7 of the 9 ingredients are grown in Australia. With the use of only Australian grown essential oils, our blends for shower gels and body oils now include lime and sweet orange in the good morning blend, and lavender and sandalwood in the goodnight blend. Our mummy blend uses the pregnancy safe essential oil of mandarin. Our body oils are made up with 10 of the 11 ingredients grown in Australia, 6 of the 7 in the mummy tummy oil. BBE boutique has a reputation for making premium, natural products in beautiful blends; each one created with peace and harmony of the client in mind. Naturally, there is no testing on animals, no sodium laureth sulfate, no petrochemicals, and no parabens. Manuka honey, which has been known for its healing properties, features in our lip balm, liquid hand wash, and shower gel. We are delighted to have, at long last, found an Australian grower of manuka honey, and as such, we do not use the imported honey from New Zealand anymore. We are continually searching for more Australian companies to purchase ingredients, products, and packaging from. Some essential oils are not recommended for use with certain health conditions.
